Relax BBQ! Brand beef and Akigawa valley🏞 Vegan friendly

This is an event to enjoy the beautiful, abundant nature of Akigawa Valley and a riverfront BBQ.
Since it was extremely well-received last time, please secure your spot early 🍃
We’ll be enjoying Akigawa beef, the only brand beef in Tokyo.
We’ll also have vegan-friendly menu options available.
After the BBQ, let's have fun in the river! You can also enjoy Ishibunebashi Bridge and the nearby hot footbath.

Time: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Around Musashi-Itsukaichi Station (specific location shared only with participants)
Participation Fee: Please cooperate with advance payment.
- Returning participants: ¥4,500
- First-time participants: ¥4,500 + group participation fee ¥500
- Vegan menu discount: ¥500

Tentative Menu
- Premium Akigawa beef, pork, chicken (250g) Vegan option: Assorted tofu from a highly recommended local tofu shop.
- Grilled vegetable skewers
- Grilled rice balls or Yakisoba noodles
- Ajillo
- S’mores
- Fruits

Schedule
- 11:00: Gather at the campsite (about 15 minutes by bus from Musashi-Itsukaichi Station).
- 11:10: Introduction and river activities.
- 12:30: BBQ and river activities.
- 3:00: Cleanup begins.
- 3:30: Event concludes and participants depart.

Must-Bring Items
- Curiosity and an open mind to enjoy any situation.
- Towel, hat, sandals, insect repellent spray.
- Personal cutlery, cup, and drinks (no nearby vending machines).
*No paper plates allowed; eco-friendly Smart BBQ strongly encouraged.

- Event held rain or shine. In case of severe weather, the event will be postponed. Notification will be provided the day before.

Vegan対応のメニューもご用意します。
BBQの後は川で遊びましょう！近くにある石舟橋や足湯も楽しめます。

Veganは、数種類の豆腐。ホスト激押しの豆腐店のものです。

スケジュール
11:00 キャンプ場集合 (武蔵五日市からバス乗車で15分ぐらいの場所です)
11:10 introduction、川遊び
12:30 BBQ、川遊び
15:00 片付け開始
15:30 現地解散

必須の持ち物
- どんな状況でも楽しむ好奇心とオープンマインド
- タオル、帽子、サンダル、虫よけスプレー
- ご自身のカトラリー、コップ 、飲み物 （近所に自動販売機なし）
*紙皿はNG・家で普段使っているものでOK。環境配慮のSmart BBQ推奨。
