Why don't you get out of Tokyo and try to have vegetarian life a little bit in Nature? Come and join us if you wanna feel great to have an meditation in a morning with the sound of birds. Meditation can clear your mind, improve your immune system and get rid of your stress. Exercising in a fresh air will make your body clean from your inside.

I show you how to cook delicious vegetarian food without meat and fish. And I also wanna share the happiness of cooking with limited vege and spice, and eating together.

Day trip : One Yoga asana lesson, vegetarian BBQ&cooking class: ¥5500
Day trip : One Yoga asana lesson, vegetarian BBQ&cooking class, Dinner: ¥7500

※ If you live near by and wanna try morning yoga or evening yoga, ¥1500 for each. No reservation. You can just show up in front of Nobi Beach Club B&B. You can also join from meditation.
