Every month, we gather some smart speakers and a curious crowd, add a bar, and create something unique. This month, we’re at a new location convenient to Shinjuku to talk about history and HCI (human-computer interfaces)! As always, we will have food and drinks available.

We’re starting our tenth anniversary year with speakers new and old! First, historian Ingrid Ivarsen will discuss how history is made — the things that historians do on a day-to-day basis to create knowledge of the past, and how that process is misunderstood. Then, researcher Bektur Ryskeldiev returns to Nerd Nite to discuss the future of how humans and computers interact!

Drinks (both alcoholic and non) as well as food will be available. We’re opening the doors to our new, bigger space at 7 PM, so come early, drink, meet, and be square-y!

You can also find our event information on Facebook and our website; check our homepage's sidebar for all of our social media and mailing lists.
