Provisional Drills
1 – 1:30 pm Conditioning & Warm-up
・Run around the courts ×3
・Ladder footwork
・Short rally → long rally
1:30 – 2 pm Serves
・First serves
・Second serves
2 – 2:30 pm Feeding Drills (Everyone takes turns feeding)
・Forehand → return to cone
・Backhand → return to cone
2:30 – 3 pm Approach
・Rally → volley → smash
・Rally → volley → drop shot

Games
3 – 4:55 pm: 4 games doubles rotation (4 play, others rest) or Singles

What to bring:
• Racket (Rental available here)
• Activewear, drinks, towel, sunglasses (The sunlight is very bright!)
• Optional: Hat, tennis shoes
• No need for balls

Others:
• Transportation options: Train (15 min walk) / Shared bike (app required) / Rental car (<¥2,000 split, let organizer know)
• Disclaimer: Prepare for physical activity; stretch well
