Would you like to join us for a traditional British Sunday lunch?
The event fee is ¥1500, with ¥1000 reimbursed (prepaid as we need to reserve tables). You can JOIN FOR NO EVENT FEE if you
join our SHIRAKAWAGO IN TOKYO event earlier in the day.
There will be a further event - Christmas Market and Autumn Leaves illuminations at Meiji Jingu Gaien.

I will presume you wish to order the ¥2750 Sunday Roast dinner - unless you inform me otherwise before 7pm on 29th November.
We will meet at Shimo-Kitazawa Station on the Odakyu Line at 1.40pm. Please kindly ensure you arrive punctually.

Event fee:
¥500 plus a refundable deposit of ¥1000 to be paid in advance (PayPay, or cash at an earlier event) before 7pm on 29th November.
If you don't have PayPay, please ask a friend or coworker to do the transaction for you (give them cash!).
Cancellation policy:
- Full refund given if cancellation is notified BY LINE MESSAGE at least 36 hours before the event start time.
- Reservation and then no-showing without prepayment requires full payment of the event fee via PayPay within 24 hours. Further non-payment will result in removal from the group.

After the event, you may submit a review/evaluation. Please kindly rate appropriately as a low evaluation has an impact on the group. Things you should clearly understand in advance:
- Evaluations should be based upon the organisation of this event, not the quality of your meal nor your experience with other participants.
- We request participants arrive EARLY. We will depart the meeting point on time, and all of us will arrive early at the restaurant. Being late causes problems for restaurants.
- The number of participants is not guaranteed. However we will not have large groups.
- The event finish time might be earlier or later than advertised.
How to calculate your review appropriately:
