NEW rules for 2023

• Player cancellations must be made no later than 12 noon on match day.
• Matches will be canceled if we have less than 12 players by that deadline.
• Players who cancel after the deadline will be required to pay the full match fee.

ATTENDANCE

Payment of ¥2,000 for males and ¥1,500 for females covers court hire and equipment, to be paid on arrival to the organizer. Limited change will be available, so the exact amount is appreciated.

• If you are on the waiting list, please be prepared to attend at short notice.

※ Please note: this is a not-for-profit event. Any surplus offsets periods of low attendance and other subsidised group activities.

FACILITIES

The courts are located 3 min walk from Yokohama Station [ JR, Keikyu, Sotetsu, Yokohama-blue Lines ], on the rooftop of the Sogo Yokohama department store.

PLEASE NOTE: after-hours access to the rooftop is only possible via the 'See-Through Elevator' in the east side of the building.

• Courts are outdoors and use synthetic turf. Cleats / spiked boots are not permitted.
• Change rooms and equipment hire [ boots, sportswear, etc ] are available.

CONDITIONS

We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all players, both on and off the court. Team-work, safe play, and general enjoyment are our top priority, not performance.

• In joining this event you play at your own risk, so health or travel insurance is recommended.

• In the event of bad weather, we will attempt to update all attendees on event status ASAP.

SOCIALISING

Being on-field is only half the fun! We have a core group of regulars who love meeting new faces and hearing their perspectives. After the match, dinner and drinks are routine too, so feel free to join us!

【最低参加人数】12人
【開催条件】当日12時pmまでに12人に満たない場合は中止。
（参加をキャンセルする場合は必ず当日12時までに参加キャンセル申請を行なってください。参加キャンセルをしなかった場合は当日不参加でもお支払いいただきます。）

【参加について】
※このイベントは非営利目的のイベントです。参加費はコート代やその他経費に割り当てられます。余剰資金が発生した場合は、今後の資金不足になったイベントの補充や特別イベントの資金として使用します。

参加費：男性 ¥2,000 女性 ¥1,500 （スタート前にオーガナイザーにお支払いください。釣銭がなるべく無いようにお願いします。）

・参加できるか分からない場合は、ウェイトリストの人が参加できるようなるべく早く出欠の更新をして下さい。

・ウェイトリストに登録している場合は、ギリギリのタイミングで参加可能になる場合がありまるのでこまめにチェックしてください。

・当日が悪天候の場合はイベントの有無を分かり次第発表します。

このグループはみんなが楽しくプレーできる事をモットーに、チームワーク・安全なプレーを第一にしています。
ゲームの後はみんなでご飯たべにいきます。時間あるかたはだれでもウェルカムです。
