This is a casual language exchange for anyone who wants to practice languages, meet new people, and enjoy a friendly Saturday afternoon in the Shinjuku & Yoyogi area! 🌏
The venue is located just a short walk from Yoyogi Station and also within walking distance of Shinjuku Station, making it easy to access from both areas.

このイベントは、英語や日本語を使いながら、新しい友達をつくることを目的としたカジュアルな国際交流会です🤝🌏
英語初心者の方はもちろん、中級者・上級者の方も大歓迎です！🙌✨
英語がうまく話せなくても、まったく問題ありません。
簡単な英語や日本語、ジェスチャーも使いながら、楽しく交流しましょう😊
参加者の皆さんができるだけ多くの人と話せるよう、1on1トーク＋4人を基本としたグループトーク＋約20分ごとのグループチェンジを行います🔄✨
グループ分けにはAIも活用し、できるだけ毎回違う参加者と話せるように組み合わせを考えます！
ずっと同じメンバーと話す形式ではないので、初参加や一人参加の方も自然にいろいろな人と交流できます！
This event is open to all language levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers! 🌱🚀
You do not need to speak perfect English or Japanese.
We will organize a short one-on-one conversation, group conversations with around four people, and group changes approximately every 20 minutes.
AI will also help create the group combinations so that you can meet and talk with different people in each round. 🔄✨

One 2-Minute One-on-One Conversation
最初のアイスブレイクとして、2人1組で2分間話す時間を設けます。
As a short icebreaker, we’ll have one two-minute one-on-one conversation.
まずは近くの方と気軽に話して、イベントの雰囲気に慣れてみましょう😊✨
It’s a simple way to break the ice and get comfortable before the group conversations begin. 😊✨

12:15　英語・日本語でグループトーク 💬
Group Conversations in English & Japanese
その後は、基本4人組のグループに分かれて会話を楽しみます。
After the one-on-one icebreaker, we’ll move into small groups of around four people.

4人は、多過ぎて話す機会がなくなることも、少な過ぎて会話が続きにくくなることもない、みんなが会話に参加しやすいちょうどいい人数です😊
Four people is a great group size, not too big and not too small, so everyone has plenty of opportunities to join the conversation. 😊

さらに、グループの組み合わせはAIを活用して決定します🤖✨
AI will also help create the group combinations 🤖✨, with the aim of giving you a different mix of people in each round.
参加者の組み合わせを考えながら、約20分ごとにグループを入れ替え、できるだけ毎回違う人と話せるようにします。
Groups will change approximately every 20 minutes, so you can meet and talk with different people in each round as much as possible.
「ずっと同じ人としか話せなかった」ということがないように、イベントを通してさまざまな参加者と交流できる仕組みにしています🔄🌏
The format is designed so that you won’t end up talking with the same people the entire time, giving you plenty of opportunities to connect with a variety of participants throughout the event. 🔄🌏

関西（神戸）生まれ・東京育ちです🥰⭐
京都大学大学院で哲学・倫理学を学び、文学修士号を取得しました🎓📚
国内外を問わず旅行が好きで、大学院在学中には京都のゲストハウスで働きながら、世界中から訪れる人々との交流を楽しんできました🌏✈️
東京でも、国籍や語学レベルを問わず、誰もが安心して国際交流を楽しめる場所を一つでも増やしたい。
そんな思いから、国際交流コミュニティ「Tokyo International Friendship Circle - 友情 -」を立ち上げました🤝✨
