To help everyone feel comfortable and meet different participants, we'll have:

Start with a short conversation to break the ice.
💬 Small-Group Conversations
Practice English and Japanese in groups of around four people, giving everyone a chance to speak.

Switch groups approximately every 20 minutes so you can meet and talk with different people throughout the event.
🇬🇧🇯🇵 English & Japanese Sessions
We'll alternate between English and Japanese conversation sessions so everyone has opportunities to practice both languages.

Hi, I'm Hiroki! 😊
I was born in Kobe and raised in Tokyo. I studied philosophy and ethics at Kyoto University Graduate School and earned a master's degree. 🎓
I love traveling, and while attending graduate school, I also worked at a guesthouse in Kyoto, where I enjoyed meeting travelers from around the world. 🌏✈️
I started Tokyo International Friendship Circle - 友情 - to create a friendly and welcoming space where people can connect across cultures and make new friends, regardless of nationality or language level.

こんにちは、Hirokiです！😊
神戸生まれ、東京育ちです。京都大学大学院で哲学・倫理学を学び、修士号を取得しました。🎓
旅行が好きで、大学院在学中には京都のゲストハウスで働きながら、世界中から訪れる旅行者との交流を楽しんできました。🌏✈️
東京でも、国籍や語学レベルを問わず、誰もが気軽に交流し、新しい友達をつくれる場所を増やしたい。
そんな思いから、国際交流コミュニティ「Tokyo International Friendship Circle - 友情 -」を立ち上げました。
