■銭湯ランとは？
「銭湯ラン」をご存知でしょうか？
「銭湯ラン」とは銭湯のロッカールームに荷物を置いて、その銭湯の周辺でランニングを楽しむスタイルを指します、もちろんランニングの後はお風呂でリラックスすることが出来ます。
このグループは定期的に都内各所の銭湯で「銭湯ラン」を楽しむためのグループです。
■銭湯の情報
この日のイベントでは御茶ノ水の銭湯「RAKU SPA 1010」を利用します。

この銭湯は御茶ノ水と神田の間に位置していてるビルにあります。
３階のお風呂では美容効果が期待できる炭酸湯でランニング後の疲れた体を癒すことが出来ます。
2階はカフェスペースで、ランナー向けのロカボメニューなども取りそろえたおしゃれな空間です。
■ランニングコース
ランニングコースは御茶ノ水から丸の内仲通りを抜けて戻る約5ｋｍほどのコースを予定しています。
丸の内中通りでは「2025丸の内イルミネーション」が開催しており、
220本を超える街路樹がシャンパンゴールドのLED約100万球で彩られるコースを走り抜ける予定です。
一人ではつらい5kmもグループランニングなら楽しくおしゃべりしながらいつの間にか乗り切れますよ！
■参加費
500円
※銭湯入浴料は別途550円かかります。
■待ち合わせ場所
19:15に御茶ノ水駅聖橋口を出たあたりで「Meetup」と書かれたカードを持ってお待ちしています。
■持ち物
ランニングシューズ
ランニングウェア
タオル
※ボディソープ&シャンプーリンスは銭湯に用意されています。
■ランニングの後
ランニング終了後、銭湯に到着してそのまま解散となります。
時間を気にせずお風呂でリラックスして、お好きな時間にご帰宅ください。

■What is a Sento Run?
Have you ever heard of a "Sento Run"?
A "Sento Run" is a style of running where you leave your belongings in the locker room of a public bath and enjoy a run around the bathhouse. Of course, you can relax in the bath after your run.
This group regularly enjoys "Sento Runs" at public baths throughout Tokyo.
■Sento Information
For this event, we will be using the Ochanomizu public bath "RAKU SPA 1010."

This public bath is located in a building between Ochanomizu and Kanda.
The bath on the third floor offers carbonated water, which is said to have beauty benefits, soothing your tired body after a run.
The second floor is a stylish cafe space offering a selection of low-carb meals for runners.
■Running Course
The planned running course is approximately 5km, running from Ochanomizu through Marunouchi Nakadori and back.
The "2025 Marunouchi Illuminations" are taking place along Marunouchi Nakadori Street.
We plan to run through a course where over 220 street trees will be illuminated with approximately 1 million champagne gold LED lights.
Running alone can be a struggle, but running in a group can be fun and easy, and you'll get through it before you know it!
■Participation Fee
¥500
*A separate bathing fee of ¥550 applies.
■Meeting Place
We will be waiting for you at 7:15 PM near the Hijiribashi Exit of Ochanomizu Station, holding a "Meetup" card.
■What to Bring
Running Shoes
Running Apparel
Towel
*Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner will be provided at the bathhouse.
■After the Run
After the run, we will arrive at the bathhouse and disband.
You can relax in the bath and return home at your own convenience.
