Fun & Friendly Lang Ex @ a Cozy Otemachi Café / 楽しく気軽にランゲージエクスチェ­ンジ :)

With corona safety considerations very much in mind this event has been planned.

At the entrance hand sanitizer is provided, temperature checked and the use of facemasks strongly encouraged (necessary).

For this event we'll be using tables that are well spread out and our event space is spacious.

このイベントは新型コロナウイルスに十分注意を払って計画されています。

入口付近での手の消毒液の使用と赤外線による体温測定を行います。さらにマスクを着用することを強く勧めます(必要)。

このイベントスペースは広く、十分に間隔をとって配置したテーブルを使用します。

日本語は英語の後にあります。

Language exchange with a difference; topic based with "6" rounds (3 English/3 日本語) which creates great energy & language practice opportunities and increases the # of fellow members we meet.

It's a 1 min walk from exits A4 & A5 turnstiles/改札口 & Otemachi 2 Chome exit

Kaiteki Café (1st floor) is upstairs from the Starbucks (B1) in Otemachi Building

Arriving anytime works

7:30pm - 7:40pm : Get a drink & preparation time

7:40pm - 8:10pm : 15 minutes of English conversation/practice followed by 15 minutes of Japanese conversation/practice. Let's try help each other practice as best we can

8:10pm - 8:15pm : Break time. Do as you'd like

8:15pm - 8:35pm : 10 minutes of Japanese conversation/practice followed by 10 minutes of English conversation/practice

8:35pm - 8:40pm : Break time. Do as you'd like

8:40pm - 9pm : 10 minutes of English conversation/practice followed by 10 minutes of Japanese conversation/practice.

Joining fee : ¥500.

International tourists and diplomats : Free

Please note : In order to provide smoother service @ the drinks counter ¥500 is collected @ the entrance for your 1st drink.

• Joining is at your own risk and we (Tokyo Spontaneous Meetup and the event venue) don't take any responsibility for any negative impact at all

• This format means you should have at least 6 language exchange partners during the event.

• All levels of English & Japanese are welcome

• No teaching experience is needed

• This is a non smoking event. For smokers there's a separate smoking section.

[当日のスケジュール]

大手町駅A4/A5出口または大手町2丁目出口から近いです。

大手町ビル1階にあります。

お店に直接いらっしゃる場合は18:15以降でお願いします。

19:30 - 19:40 : ドリンクを購入&準備の時間です。

19:40 - 20:10 : 15分の英会話練習の後、15分の日本語会話練習をします。できるだけお互いの練習を助け合いましょう。

20:10 - 20:15 : 休憩時間です。お好きにお過ごしください。

20:15 - 20:35 : 10分の日本語会話練習の後、10分の英会話練習をします。

20:35 - 20:40 : 休憩時間です。お好きにお過ごしください。

20:40 - 21:00 : 10分の英会話練習の後、10分の日本語会話練習をします。

外国からの旅行者と外交官 : 0円
