Anna is also a realtor in Ohio & Michigan for 47+ years. Top designations in VIP Relocation, Investor Authority, Property Tax Reduction and Court Appraisals along with multiple Ruby Awards.
Anna, as contractor and investor, holds 14 professional real estate & contactors licenses including the skill trades of plumbing, heating, electrical contractor, lead paint supervisor & contractor and Clearance Tech inspector. As a certified Professional Housing Provider, currently
manages 80+ homes & families after rehabbing them for the neighborhood.
As Co-authored of the ‘Landlord Tenant Handbook’, she also speaks and teaches investor workshops for the local housing authority, nationwide REIA’s, high school Horizons classes and area banks. She has spoken in 6 countries, as far away as Australia & New Zealand through Lourdes College. 
Anna is past president of Toastmasters with an Advanced Toastmaster (CTM) Silver designation, has been a member of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), and Women’s Entrepreneurial Network (WEN).
Besides hosting 3 DIY real estate radio shows on multiple networks, also appears in decades of ‘Who’s Who of American Women’ plus featured in many books including ‘Millionaire Real Estate Investor’, and full chapter in ‘Wise Women in Real Estate.
