Hello!

I'm taking a carload in my hybrid Civic up to Ann Arbor's Mobile Monday. If you wish to join me, please sign up here. I can handle three other participants. We'll fit in cars and share the costs. Sometimes we grab a bite afterward.

May 7 Recap:
http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/9/0/d/a/event_118057082.jpegNeil Gaietto was a great companion for the trip, and I enjoyed learning about his work and interests. There's some construction along State Street which was blocked and we were rerouted a couple times. So keep that in mind. We also met recent grad from UT who was up there with a startup idea for an app. 65 people reported attending this event.

Our presenter was Steve Lorenz who gave tips on marketing apps as a publicist. It was very informative for any web marketer or anyone hoping to promote stuff they do. He is not sharing his slides, but I took notes, so ask me about it if you'd like more info.

From Steve's presentation, some stuff you have to pay for, but there were several gems that anyone can use. Neil and I grabbed a bite at Bar Louie before heading home. If you are into web development and interested in apps, you'll not want to miss the next one. :)
