Thursday Fall Workouts

NOW at 5:30 !!!

This will be 23 miles of 100% road cycling at roughly a B level of effort.
We often ride together (no drops) until the top of "Richard T" and then,
if there's enough interest for those that need to ride faster,
some like to sprint back to Boom. Recommended for those that
are comfortable with groups rides and forming a pace line
(or willing to learn)!

Join us to build your endurance and make friends for the 2025 season!

We will start and end at Boom Island Brewery.

Join the Tom Rides Slack channel to ask any questions, join our
community and help plan upcoming rides (message Tom M. for a Slack
invite)! We typically do a workout ride on Thursday evenings
and a recreational ride (or join an organized bike event like
a century ride) on the weekends.
