TONING IN: Come join these HEALING EXPERIENCE as we listen to Tibetan Bowls and Create healing sounds with our voices. Massage tables will be available to lie on while listening to Toning and Tibetan bowls. You can even have the bowls placed on your body, which can be very healing as the body experiences the vibrations of the sounds! Everyone will have time on the table if they so choose and then you can sit in chairs around the massage tables toning or just experiencing the inaudible sounds and healing vibrations. SOUND HEALING CLASSES: In Lenedra Carroll's classes we will work extensively together with sound. Special focus will be given also to the use of inaudible sound, as well as certain geometries that enhance the effects of your personal sound work. Each class will also have a section on healing with the use of sound. This is a participatory class with 30 minutes of instruction. Each class will also have a sound healing segment that all can participate in as sound healers and/or recipients of the healing. If you would like to receive healing but not attend the class you can arrange this as well Please let people know that others can come to this part of the class for rejuvenation, balancing, clearing, and healing through the use of sound.

Drums are a sacred tool for healing and connection that have been used for generations in many different cultures around the globe. In this four hour workshop (extended retreats available as well) you are invited to create a beautiful deer hide drum, filled with your love, focus and intention, while honoring the plants and animals that these drums are created from.
Jenn Bierma, owner of ReJenneration Wellness, in partnership with Wayne Manthey, will be hosting this drum making workshop. Wayne is a well-known drum maker out of Minnesota. He will be making the trip down to Oklahoma to guide us as we create our own personal deer hide drums. To anyone who has seen Wayne’s work, or taken a class with him, his drums have their own unique design that is easy to spot amongst other drums. His humor, knowledge, patience and stories create a build-your-own drum workshop that leaves participants feeling an amazing sense of community with each other and the natural world as well as an absolute sense of gratitude for the gorgeous hand-crafted drum they can now call their own.
In the 4 hour drum making workshops, participants choose their drum frame and hide, cut the hide for the drum, hand stain it in black walnut stain, lace and tighten their drum and affix the drum handle. Participants have the option to bring stones or other charms top place inside their drum handle (these extra items will not be supplied). The frames are pre-constructed for the participants and hide lacing will be pre-cut as well. Part of the process is to reflect and connect with the drums, the hide and the process itself. Wayne’s greatest joy is seeing the faces of the participants when they finish their drums.

- Option 3: Saturday Workshop Only- Up to 14 spots available (HELD IN CHECOTAH, OKLAHOMA on Lake Eufaula)
- Option 4: Sunday Workshop Only- Up to 14 spots available (RADIANT LIVING CENTER in Oklahoma City)
