We will learn to cultivate Qi (life force energy) using ancient practices that are now better understood by science. This class will include practices that teach you how to feel, cultivate and use Qi energy.

We will discuss how to:
• Clear your energetic channels to allow for better energy flow
• Increase your electromagnetic field and life force energy
• Understand the science behind why these practices work
• Use Qigong strength training to increase life force

The practice will include:
• Mindful movement warm ups that activate your myofascial meridians
• Supreme Science Qigong Forms including: Empty force, Cloud Hands, Earth Hands, Push Hands, Around the World and a variety of Strength Training Forms
• Seated meditations and advanced breath work practice
There will be a practice video showing the forms and weekly emails sent to explain details about the practice, theories and principles.

Gwyn Davis is the owner and founder of Mind and Body Fitness Connections, co-founder of Ecstatic Dance OKC, and currently serves as President of the Board at Radiant Healing Arts Center.
She maintains a private wellness coaching practice and teaches Qigong both to the public and in a behavioral health hospital, where she works with individuals navigating mental health challenges, PTSD, and addiction recovery. With a background in biopsychology, corrective exercise, bodywork, mindfulness practices, trauma recovery, and food healing, Gwyn supports her clients and students at every stage of their mind-body-spirit wellness journey.
