As we arrive at the edge of a natural turning point, this evening offers a sacred pause — a breath before movement, a moment of stillness before something new begins to take shape.
Before the Turning is an invitation to gently lay down what has grown heavy, outdated, or no longer aligned. It is a space to honor what you are releasing, without judgment or urgency, and to acknowledge the wisdom gathered along the way. Through the soothing resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments, we’ll create a container for unwinding the nervous system, clearing lingering energy, and softening into a sense of completion.
This is also a space of quiet preparation. Not through force or resolution, but through presence. As the old settles and releases, room is naturally created for what’s next — fresh energy, new clarity, and intentions that arise organically rather than being pushed into place.
This sound bath is about trusting the timing of change. About resting at the threshold, listening inward, and allowing the turning to happen gently, in its own way and its own time.
Come as you are. Set nothing in stone. Simply rest, receive, and allow space for both release and renewal.
✨ No experience needed. Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided; feel free to bring anything that helps you feel cozy. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
