What we’re about

An international group dedicated to open discussions aimed at reducing stress so we can show up for ourselves and our children from a place of love rather than stress—something more important now than ever.

All workshops and talks are based on an innovative framework that alleviates parental stress through evidence-based techniques, integrating both Eastern and Western health-promoting practices. These sessions are enhanced with compassion, fun, and humor.

Your host is an American board-certified occupational therapist from Pittsburgh, currently living in Belgium with her two boys, cats, and tortoise. She offers workshops from the perspective of a parent managing neurodiversity mindfully, a professional who has worked with thousands of children and families worldwide, and someone passionate about helping others while having fun—because the world could use more love, light, and joy.
