A Free Neuro-Inclusive Workshop for Parents of Autistic, Highly Sensitive, ADD/ADHD, or Additional Needs Children. We believe in inclusivity, so all parents are welcome to join!

Stress is the invisible epidemic of parenting - exhaustion, disconnection, and regret are walking into our homes every day and silently eroding our peace, energy, and connection.

Yet few people talk about it...

That's precisely what this workshop is here for!

"Dr. Shaffer is not only knowledgeable but extremely empathetic and relatable. She shares and opens up fearlessly about her own parenting experiences to invite a safe space for parents and caregivers to get support, be heard, and get inspired!"
- Audry, mother of a 6-year-old girl with autism

I Want to Stress Less!

Although the ultimate goal is to reduce stress, this workshop is also about having fun and living with more joy. Something we could all use now more than ever.

With 25+ years of supporting thousands of children and families worldwide, I want to share the lessons learned on this personal and professional journey in a live and interactive, heartfelt and parent-focused workshop, integrating Western and Eastern health-promoting practices and tools to help parents reconnect with themselves and their children from a centered, grounded, and joyful presence.

WHAT WILL YOU GET?

🎯 Practical Daily Tools to help you move from reactivity and regret to responding with patience and presence (while modelling for your child how to tackle life's challenging moments with ease).
🎯 Quick Stress Reset Techniques: Learn simple practices that you can use anytime to calm your mind, with a 5-minute guided practice included.
🎯 Mindful Self-Regulation: Discover three easily-integrable strategies to stay grounded even in high-pressure moments.
🎯 Resilience: How to build it while strengthening your nervous system.

I'm Ready for Transformation!

THIS FREE WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF:

✓ You love your kids deeply, but you want a new story - one with more connection and less stress.
✓ You want to feel less overwhelmed, but don't know where to start.
✓ You need support creating new habits and routines that make it easier to co-regulate from a calm and centred space.
✓ You want to be that excellent model to your child and support them by mastering (and using) tools and techniques to regulate yourself first.

Change is Never Easy, but it's Easier When You're Not Alone!

Embracing mistakes is essential to the human experience, as they offer us valuable lessons that contribute to our growth. However, life doesn't come with a manual, nor does raising a human being. There ARE ways of approaching life that make it easier for both us (parents) and our kids.

This parent-centred training will equip you with tools to create a strong foundation for self-regulation, physical, emotional, and mental health and well-being, enabling you to demonstrate to your child, through your own example, how to care for yourself in a way that allows you to feel less stressed and more in control of your life.

Because our children learn from what we do, not what we say...

When we do better, our kids do better!

So, join us and get the support you need to support your child's needs, from a "full bucket" with a bit more fun and joy.
