An international group engaging in open discussions supports one another in stress-reducing and loving-moving. This group is for all parents, and we cover a diverse range of topics centered on personal growth for parents. The facilitator is an experienced occupational therapist who has worked with families around the world since 2001. We welcome open minds, open hearts, and a good time.

About your host, Dr. Elizabeth Joy
With over 25+ years of experience as a therapist, keynote speaker, educator, and devoted mother, Elizabeth has made it her mission to empower all individuals (especially the neurodivergent community) with the information, tools, and support to live to their fullest potential with less stress and more joy.Her published research on her work with parents can be found HERE. Her career started upon graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001, with a degree in rehabilitation sciences. Since then, she has worked with thousands of children, parents, and schools globally, and currently resides with her family in Europe. She is a contributing author to The Highest Frequencies of Love: Unconventional Solutions for Parents of Children on the Autism Spectrum and The Perfectly Imperfect Parent.
Drawing on the lessons learned from her own professional and personal parenting experiences, both the triumphs and the troubles, she created the Empowered Parent Pathway, a program for parents worldwide to reduce parental stress and foster meaningful connections between children and their caregivers.
