What we’re about

Seeking fellow practitioners with a background in Buddhist meditation (retreat experience welcome!) to deepen our practice together. We'll explore mindfulness, loving-kindness, and insight meditation in a supportive environment at my home.

This is a peer-led group, with no teacher, just equals on the path. All Buddhist traditions and styles are welcome; you can also use the time for silent sits in your own practice.

To get to know each other first, I'm happy to meet in person at a public place or have a chat over Zoom.

We will meet Sunday mornings for guided and silent sits, followed by optional dharma sharing.
