A Creekside Evening of Natural Sound & Deep Relaxation
As evening settles over Topanga Canyon and the creek begins its twilight flow, the frogs awaken and offer their natural chorus.
You’re invited to a deeply restorative outdoor soundbath held beside a flowing creek, where Tibetan singing bowls, and subtle instruments blend seamlessly with singing frogs, water, and the night sounds of nature. The deep, resonant tones of the Tibetan bowls help ground the body and slow the mind, creating a steady foundation for relaxation as the natural soundscape unfolds.
We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation and intention, followed by an extended sound bath as darkness arrives and the frog chorus reaches its peak. Each gathering is unique, shaped by the living rhythms of the canyon and the collective presence of the group.
No experience is necessary—just come prepared to rest, listen, and receive.
