We’ll gather amidst the extraordinary red sandstone formations, where you’ll be guided through a meditation designed to help release the old and welcome in the new. Following our meditation, we’ll bring the energy of the day to life—painting the majestic red rocks under open skies.

- Lightweight camping chair (for comfort while painting or meditating)
- Hat and sun protection, a backpack for supplies, and art materials
- Water, beverages, and snacks (some snacks provided, but you may wish to bring a light lunch)
