Sessions Begin April 30
The first ever online session begins Thursday, April 30, with gatherings each Thursday from 6–7 PM CST. The format is simple and steady: gentle breath and bodywork then guided imagination. Cameras and microphones are off. You just listen from the comfort of your own private space. Just show up get comfortable and let the hour unfold around you.
