Topics in Psychology Goes to the Movies: My Octopus Teacher

In My Octopus Teacher, we follow a scientist on a journey where he learns some unexpected important life lessons, how true intimacy is created, about vulnerability and about being fully present, and tenderness. We follow Craig Foster and the wild octopus in a kelp forest of the coast of South Africa. This meeting is hosted by psychotherapist, Dr. Sharon Eve and tech guru Mario.
