**For ages 10 and above.** This class works on the highest level of physical conditioning, or “fight conditioning”, in a no-contact setting (ie. no sparring). The classical Viennese Waltz is a quick ballroom dance that involves the dancers swirling around the whole dance floor, seemingly without touching the ground.
