We will dedicate the evening to our genitals and full-body-emotional attention. Exploring delicate ways of approaching it, teasing it, connecting to its vulnerability and building the emotional safety it requires in order to communicate and become receptive.
The evening will start with a somatic (Feldenkrais like) warm up, followed by partner exercises, leading eventually to a more free genital feedback exploration. Participants are encouraged to say no, or check and then say no (or yes). Nudity is optional. Resistances, shame and shyness are cherished and welcomed.
**What is Sensual Touch Lab Series for GBTQ Men\*?**
Sensual Touch Lab Series for GBTQ Men\* is a monthly workshop where we aim to create a space for sensual closeness and playful encounters.
Embodied, somatic experiences that appreciate our full-bodied nature. Using sensuality as an approach to explore new ways of dealing with our own fears or patterns related to nudity, intimacy, and touch. We invite you to explore, communicate, and possibly expand your personal boundaries within a framework of mutual respect and consent. This opens up the opportunity to experience the power of touch, sensation, and non-verbal interpersonal connection.
Each event will be a guided process, which will have a special touch depending on the theme and background of the facilitator\*, whether it be bodywork and touch, somatics and intimacy, or something else. These short workshops may include nudity, partner exercises or close physical interactions.
**Benefits**:
⢠Creates valuable shared experiences among GBTQ men\* through closeness, empathy, and connection.
⢠Combats feelings of isolation and loneliness
⢠Promotes self-love and acceptance of oneâs body and identity
⢠Provides a safe, judgement-free space to explore personal boundaries
⢠Contributes to overall well-being and supports the ability to build lasting relationships

**Was ist Sensual Touch Lab Series for GBTQ Männer\*?**
Built Wrong, Shipped Abroad -An English stand-up solo by Ayush Kulshrestha
Stand-up â sharp, personal, and honest â about figuring yourself out when nothing around you feels stable either.
**(please click on the link to book seats meetup registerations dont count)**
For the past few years, Ayush has been joking about ADHD, mental health, cultural confusion, and the strange logic of trying to build a stable life with an unstable brain.
In Built Wrong, Shipped Abroad, he brings those threads together into his first full English solo hour.
This show dives into diagnosis, therapy, navigating the German system, dating in Berlin, career misfits, and trying to stay functional while Europe itself seems to move from one crisis to another.
If you enjoy comedy that goes beyond surface punchlines and isnât afraid of uncomfortable truths, this oneâs for you.
About the Comic
Ayush Kulshrestha has been performing stand-up since 2019 and runs Berlinâs ADHD-themed comedy night. After performing in Hindi and English across different cities, Built Wrong, Shipped Abroad marks his first full-length English solo in Berlin.

Silent Reading Club
Ditch the old book club, where everyone has to read the same book...this is better!
It works like this: Bring your own book. Come chat, have some tea or coffee, get to know your neighbors. Then we quietly read together, side by side, for about one hour, each one reading their own book, and afterwards we talk with each other about what we are reading.
The usual agenda:
- Arrival and introduction (~20 minutes)
- â Silent reading (~1 hour)
- â Discussion (~30-40 minutes)
- â Join us for a bite at a local restaurant afterwards, if you like!
You may read in any language, you may read any book. We are a group of international residents of Berlin from many different countries, of all ages, and we converse in English. We welcome you!
No registration needed â the event is donation based. All funds support the Offenes Wohnzimmer.

In-Person Event: The Answers to Depression & Anxiety
This is an in-person meeting. At this meeting you will get answers to depression and anxiety. Find out the source of them and how to get rid of them.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation donât just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance".
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life.
Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
