In this 2-hour hands-on lab, you'll find out — by living it. Each group picks a LLM working mode and runs with it. All groups tackle the same coding kata. The kata is intentionally hard. You probably won't finish it — and that's the point. We'll pause, reflect, and get into it: \* Where did AI help? \* Where did it get in the way? \* What did you actually learn? The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session.
