Somebody cuts in front of you out on the freeway. How do you react? You will never see them again, and it was probably unintentional anyway. Is it really that easy to forgive? Is it healthy? Let’s look at Forgiveness in various religious traditions and advice from modern psychology and the Ancient Wisdom/Theosophy on pathways to Forgiveness. Andrew Rooke is the former Chief Librarian of Monash Health with a BA (Hons) specializing in Buddhism in China and Master of Librarianship specializing in the development of libraries in developing countries, especially Africa.
