**A meetup for neurodivergent adults in Paris.** I’m neurodivergent myself, and I haven’t found the kind of space I’d actually want to go to here — especially in English. So I’m starting one. This is for people with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, OCD — or if you just feel like your brain works a bit differently. No diagnosis needed. **🧠 What to expect** * Small group * Low-pressure * You don’t have to be social * Come and go as you like * English Spoken **Each meetup has a loose theme** — just something to orbit around if conversation stalls. For this one: > **“Paris is a lot — how are you finding it?”** That could mean: * daily routines * work * social life * or just… surviving the metro No pressure to talk about it — it’s just there if useful.

Bring your current read (or grab a new one!), settle in with a drink or snack, and enjoy an hour or two of calm, focused reading alongside fellow book lovers. 📖 No pressure, no agenda—just a peaceful moment to unwind, read, and maybe chat a little afterward. 😊 This group/event is an english-speaking one ( although the books don't have to be). We'll try to find a cozy and comfortable nook to settle into but we can't guarantee total silence. Hey, Bienvenue si tu es nouvelle.eau! On se donne rendez-vous près de Chatelet pour pouvoir parler entre neurodivergent.e.s tous les 3 semaines/1 mois. L'idée c'est de pouvoir venir échanger avec les autres en partageant son parcours en temps que neurodivergent.e (diagnostiqué.e ou non). On commencera par une table ronde afin d'en savoir un peu plus sur tout le monde. Ne te sens pas obligé.e de parler beaucoup si tu es timide ;) Si tu as un sujet dont tu aimerais parler plus, quelque chose qui te gêne dans ton quotidien, n'hésite pas à le dire pour qu'on l'aborde après. There are usually 2 sessions to choose from, **This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels.** **If you are a complete beginner -** Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress. **Which Session To Choose** If you're unsure of your level, sign up for the 11am session to start, or ask us! We will try our utmost to ensure that you play with people of similar levels. **What Do You Need** Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes, and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun. There are changing rooms and showers. **Get There Early** Try and get there early to change and get warmed up so that we can start right on time. The courts are normally not being used before we play, so we can get a little extra time playing. **Registration & Payments** Registration is 14€ per person, and you can sign up via PayPal through this event page. Sharon Woods Metro Park, 6911 Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43081 Enter the park from Cleveland Avenue and stay on the main park drive until it dead-ends into a turn around parking lot. We will meet at the Schrock Lake Shelter just off this parking area to the right. We will be taking a Guided Walk with access very near the shelter, on the Edward S Thomas trail, an ADA flat, hard-packed gravel surface trail. This walk will be led by Carrie Keller, Outdoor Naturalist at the park, and Megan Richley, Inclusion Coordinator for the Metro Parks. Wear sneakers or other shoes covering the entire foot. Sandals or flip-flops are ill advised. Sighted guides will be available. Target audience for this group is persons who are visually impaired, especially those who have experienced recent loss, however, all are welcome, including family members and supports. Light refreshments will be served. There will not be a Conference Call option for this meeting.

This is a time where players of all ages, and skill levels can gather and enjoy a nice Sunday full of Chess!

This is an in-person meeting. At this meeting you will get answers to depression and anxiety. Find out the source of them and how to get rid of them. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
