But session by session, something inside me began to soften. Old emotions surfaced and released. My body felt lighter. My nervous system started to relax in a way it never had before. I began to feel more present, more grounded, and more connected to my intuition. Life didn’t suddenly become perfect, but I felt more at peace inside it. And that changed everything.
