We gather on Mondays for strategic games, but you are free to play strategic games on Thursdays and Saturdays as well. SCHEDULE. We will gather at 7 PM and have the introduction round at 7:15 PM. With the promise of a freezing morning, yes -3°C!, let's go for a sunny medium length hike of 14+ km, starting from the gates of the Africa museum, ending in the same spot, but not before we hike through the Northern part of Tervuren through agriland and forestparkland towards Vossem, coming back by following a brook upstream to moments later walk on the banks of partially frozen lakes thus providing for idyllic views. Whilst wandering through the park we return to the gates. The nice cafetaria nearby these gates will be closed so bring your own hot chocolate drink! There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
