Bei mehr als 20 Teilnehmenden teilen wir die Gruppe mit zwei Moderator\*innen auf!
Kreative Schreibübung mit anschließender Diskussion zum Erfahrungsaustausch, Inspiration und Motivation zu sammeln. Ein Raum für alle, die kreativ schreiben möchten – egal ob du gerade erst anfängst oder schon länger schreibst.
**Jeden vierten Samstag des Monats von 14:30 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr in Kreuzberg, Oranienstr. 72, nahe U-Bhf Moritzplatz.**
**Was dich erwartet:**
In unseren Treffen arbeiten wir mit abwechslungsreichen Schreibimpulsen, die neue Perspektiven eröffnen und spielerisches Experimentieren ermöglichen. Du schreibst direkt vor Ort, teilst deine Texte mit der Gruppe (freiwillig!) und erhältst konstruktives Feedback.
Die Atmosphäre ist offen und unterstützend. Hier darf ein Text noch unfertig sein, eine Idee noch roh, ein Gedanke noch unausgereift. In dieser Atmosphäre gegenseitiger Wertschätzung entsteht der Mut, sich auszuprobieren und die eigene Stimme zu entdecken. Wir lesen einander vor, geben Rückmeldung, ermutigen uns gegenseitig und praktizieren das Zuhören.
10K Three Parks Run - Come for the Run, Stay for the Goats!

Join us for a run this Saturday! Whether minus temperatures, snow, rain or shine - we run! Enjoy the virtually traffic free route, and take time out to commune with the goats and lop-eared rabbits at two mini zoos we pass on the way. Your weekend is guaranteed to start right!
Stretch your legs on Saturday morning with the three parks run in the north of Berlin. We meet on Brunnenstraße across the street from Gesundbrunnen Bhf at the edge of Volkspark Humboldthain, see the map pin!
From there we run towards Mauerpark, then towards Pankow along the Mauerweg. Then through Bürgerpark Pankow and back along the Panke towards Volkspark Humboldthain. The route takes about an hour, depending on our pace
Highlights:

\- Mauerpark grafiti wall \- option for a short uphill\, or you can stay on the flat

We have some options to do and usually do some altitude, i.e. stairs, in the Humboldthain park and "hill" in Mauerpark! :)
We have a few variations of the route that we sometimes do to keep things interesting, they add up to the same distance.
Our pace is typically \~5.45 min/km, but we'll wait for everyone!

FLINTA* 15k Run Wuhlheide & Plänterwald & Treptower Park (LONG)
This run is part of our preparation series for the Oberelber Dresden Race 26.04.2026
The pace will be 6:30–7:30 min/km.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like to join the trip.
On 28.03 we’ll meet at S-Bahn Karlshorst at 11am and will run in the direction of Rummelsburger Ufer through Wuhlheide, Plänterwald and Treptower park (15 km in total). Pace - 6:30-7:30m/km
We’ll finish the run in the area of Friedrichshain and will have some food afterwards.
Don’t forget to register and add +1 if you bring a friend!

We play in the format 8v8 for a full hour. The pitch is a modern artificial turf (outdoor) in Safe-Hub Berlin. The fee to participate is 7.49€. Sunday will hopefully be a sunny day. We’ll meet at S-Bahn station Grünau, on the sidewalk level inside the station (exit Adlergestell/Wassersportallee). With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.

Note that the place is remote. There are no facilities. You have to bring everything you need.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
