Join us for a relaxed, women-only run with the Cobras - fun miles first, ice cream after! 🏃‍♀️🍦 This is a social, beginner-friendly run. No pressure, no pace goals. We'll split the group in lower and higher pace so everyone feels comfortable. Move your body, meet great people, and enjoy the vibe together. All levels are welcome 💛

We are a group of runners who meet most weeks for a run around the beautiful Vltava River's edge. You can bring your running shoes straight from the office/home office if you don't have time to stop at home. There will be a place to put your bags in the Cafe. We will run about 9 km along the river and have a drink afterwards. Paces vary! We will meet in the square near Kavarna Liberal (Hermanova 6), near the Vltavska metro/tram stop at 6:30 on Wednesday. This scenic hike includes dirt trails (with hills) through the woods, grass trails through the meadows and paved trails along the pond.
