Class Overview Parents and children will participate together in light stretches, simple ballet movements, and playful exercises that promote movement and fun in a safe environment. Attire Guide For Adults Please wear comfortable activewear suitable for movement, such as a fitted T-shirt or tank top with stretchable leggings or pants. Clothing should allow easy movement and stretching. During the classes, your child will practice a fair bit of rolls, aikido hand techniques, samurai sword (bokken) and staff (jo). Aikido develops coordination, sense of balance, mutual respect, communication skills and tolerance.
