Specially for those who love **STREET ART** in Hidden Alleys, **TIONG BAHRU'S RICH HISTORY & FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD!** (Due to requests, we're organizing this Tiong Bahru Heritage Walk again for those who could not get slots on our previous FREE TOURS) Remember this song? ... This is Home truly ... yes let's rediscover our beautiful Homeland! SingapoREdiscovers! For the typical Singaporean, Tiong Bahru evokes images of good food. Tiong Bahru Pau, Soon kueh, Famous Lor Mee, Bak kut teh, Chwee kway etc. More recently, the neighbourhood has even lent its name to upmarket artisan bakeries and Michelin Food-joints as well. But is there more to this old neighbourhood beyond food? What secrets do Tiong Bahru’s low-rise flats and narrow streets hide? Come, join us on this lovely morning **Food & Heritage Trail** as we uncover the hidden secrets of these interesting old places. This trail is part of the National Heritage Board’s efforts to capture and bring to life the history of neighbourhoods around Singapore. So let's relive the good old days and take a walk down memory lane. This trail will take us to at least 10 interesting Insta-worthy photo stops along this Tiong Bahru Heritage & Food Trail that we will be exploring. A dancing girl sculpture, an elderly lady cobbler mending shoes from her window, a famous bird corner, a former Hu Lu (Gourd) temple, a secret air-raid shelter during the 2nd World War as well as interesting funny wall murals depicting life in the past are just some of the hidden gems we will visit. And of course ... **FOOD!** Yes, we will introduce you to some of the well-known **"die, die must try"** food stalls / eateries for you to enjoy these famous local delicacies. **Event Details:** Group Size - **24 pax** (excluding Tour Leader) Cost: **FREE FOR SG MEMBERS ONLY!** (Normal Tour Price is $95 p/pax) As slots are limited, **PRIORITY** will be given to all who've joined us on our overseas trips before and those who've signed up for our upcoming trips. **NOTE:** You'll need to RSVP with your Mobile Number so that we can add you to the WhatsApp ChatGroup which will be set up a day before the Event and forward you the Tour details and the exact Meeting Place. **Meeting Time: 8.15am** – Meet at Tiong Bahru MRT Station (Exact location will be sent to all on the Going List) Look out for our SG Group and Sign \*\*\*\*\*\*\* • What to bring? 1.
