Spring Reset for Women is an evening dedicated to transition and renewal. As the season shifts, this gathering offers space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Instead of thinking about change, we allow the body to move through it. The evening begins with a cacao ritual to create warmth and grounding. From there, participants are guided into a breathwork journey supported by music and imagery. The practice invites release of what feels complete and a gentle reconnection with clarity, strength, and direction. The evening closes with integration and an optional sharing circle. Uvidíme modernu, Central Park, neobjevená místa i Vyšehrad. Na konci nás čeká příjemná kavárna s francouzským šarmem. Sejdeme se venku nalevo od vstupu do Arkád (z metra C Pankrác) před kavárnou Starbucks. Část trasy je trošku off-road, tak lepší budou turistické botky. Prosím, přijďte včas.
