**H2O** is proud to bring AKUT360's storytelling and political pondus back to Copenahgen. Krigsbørn is a unique stage experience born from the writings and work of children and Aleksijevitj's novels, which makes this a primary literary experience whose words are brought to life one the stage.
**Anmeldelser:**
Man mĂĽ give AKUT360 kredit for netop at fokusere pĂĽ Rusland i denne tid.
TAK!"

**đď¸ WHAT'S PRACTICAL PHILOSOPHY ABOUT?**
Practical Philosophy is a weekly meet-up that brings critical thinkers together for an opportunity to dive deep on a topic, practice communicating, and building a community. All with no âofficialâ philosophy knowledge required! đ
Practical Philosophy is based on the idea that philosophy should be accessible to all, and not something reserved only for academics. Each week we choose a topic, and the goal is to use the conversation to develop our critical thinking and communication as we explore that topic.
The goal is to help develop our Critical Thinking, Communication, and Community đ
**đ HOW DOES IT WORK?**
Each week, we pick one topic and discuss it. The topic for the week is shared, generally in the [Whatsapp group](https://chat.whatsapp.com/CRqdyO6p6lZDIN2qVRIlWX), along with jump-off points to get the conversation going.
When groups get bigger than 7-8 people, itâs important that we break into smaller groups. This way we are able to maintain a conversational flow as opposed to having our meetups feel like a discourse or lecture.
**General Meeting Agenda**
Each Practical Philosophy meet-up follows this general timeline:
* 19:00-19:15 - People arrive and chat, get to know each other before the âofficial' start.
* 19:15-19:25 - Meeting introduction, explanation of Practical Philosophy and the topic for the week, read the guidelines and the overview so attendees know what to expect in terms of timelines.
* 19:25-20:45 - Break into small groups - introduce yourselves and general thoughts on the topic, open discussion afterwards. At this point the group can review the âjump-offâ questions as needed, but they are just there to help guide the conversation. Itâs not obligatory to answer them.
* 20:45-21:00 - Bring everyone back together to discuss conclusions of the topic - each group gives a short 1-minute summary. Organizer concludes the meeting and everyone takes a group photo.
* 21:00 - The official meeting is over but itâs a great opportunity to get to know people in a non-structured environment, so we often stick around, chat, and get to know each other.
**đ§§PRICING?**
Practical Philosophy Club is FREE to attend! We just ask that if we are meeting in a cafĂŠ, buy a beverage! Some chapters rent a space for us to meet, and they may ask for donations to help contribute to the cost of rent. Donations will always be 100% voluntary though!
**đ WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT PRACTICAL PHILOSOPHY**
đŁ âI feel like Philosophy Club helps someone build their own belief system through a series of perspectives while not promoting whatâs right and wrongâ - Ekam
đŁ âI got hooked from day 1 (the topic was authority) and felt it was the right place for me. I feel it is a place where people can go to learn and discuss new perspectives and increase critical thinking and community by interacting with people who might challenge your point of views but at the same time encourage you to have openness and mind flexibility.â - Daniel
**đ¤ FAQ**
* âWhat will we talk about? What's the topic?
âThe topic for the week is shared every Sunday in the Whatsapp group. We try to add the topic to the comment section on this event page as well but if you donât see it, the topic and the jump-off points will be in our [Whatsapp](https://chat.whatsapp.com/CRqdyO6p6lZDIN2qVRIlWX).
* Do I need to study or read anything to attend?
No preparation is necessary. This isnât a study of other thinkers. We want to know what YOU think about the topic, not what an old philosopher thought. If you have a perspective from a religion or a school of thought to share, throw it on the table and weâll discuss it, but it's not required.
* Is there a specific philosophy that Practical Philosophy is focused on?
The goal of our meet-ups is to not have dogmatic discussions, and flex our critical thinking muscles. Because of this, we want to hear from every realm of thought, and don't study a particular school.
* Is it mostly men that attend?
Surprisingly, no! Although philosophy is seen as a Candelabra affair in a dark room with a bunch of guys, our Practical Philosophy meetups are generally 50/50 between genders, and we donât meet in any dark rooms.
* Can I come alone?
Of course you can, we encourage it :)
* Can I be late?
Please don't be! We do have a 15 minute grace period where we allow people to funnel in while we hang out, but after that if you arrive too late, it disrupts the flow of the conversation.
* Where do you meet?
The location is posted in Meetup and our [Whatsapp](https://chat.whatsapp.com/CRqdyO6p6lZDIN2qVRIlWX) group for this location. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you join the Whatsapp group! If you want to know what other cities have a Practical Philosophy Club, you can see our chapters on our [website](https://www.practicalphilosophy.club/practical-philosophy-locations/).

Time for improv fun!
Welcome for some fun improv games together :)
About us: We are a bunch of people of all ages and backgrounds, gathering to share the common passion for improv.
Improvisation, or Improv for short, is a form of live theatre in which the story, characters and scenes are without a script and made up in the moment, completely different every time. The actors are acting, directing themselves, writing the plot and interacting with each other all at the same time without previous planning.
Improvisation can help you with your social and business skills by training your mind to think quickly and react to unexpected situations. In Improvisation, there are no lines to memorize and you play off other creatively challenged fun-loving, global-minded people who loves laughing at themselves.
Itâs a great way to socialize and make new friends. Itâs a welcoming atmosphere, we want you to join in the fun, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced improviser â come and lets enjoy together!
We usually start with some warm-ups that help us relax, listen and focus. Then we move on to doing different kinds of short scene fun games with each other, making characters, stories and our small worlds. In improv mistakes are welcome and you will have goooood times!
We charge 50 kr in advance in order to cover our expenses. Swish is king!
See you very soon ;) Please come only if you are in good health!

Cozy social Saturday afternoon run/jog/walk
Come join us for an afternoon run/jog/walk
We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in âabout usâ.
How it works: we donât know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10 km trail for runners with shortcuts down to 5-6 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like. After the run we enjoy some refreshments and socialize.
Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag in a designated bag car before we set off at 14:30.
Donât worry if there are few registrations on Meetup. We have existed for 44 years, and a lot of our members (anywhere from 20 to 50 people) just show up.
Four-legged friends are welcome!
We never cancel.
See you there!
Mulled Wine (Gløgg) & Collage Night: A Hygge Creative Workshop
Escape the winter chill and immerse yourself in an evening of creativity, conversation, and coziness. Join us for a **Mulled Wine & Collage Workshop**âa seasonal gathering that celebrates Danish *hygge* through warm drinks and imaginative art-making.
Set in a charming Copenhagen cafĂŠ turned creative studio for the night, youâll begin with a tasting of traditional Danish **gløgg** (mulled wine) in all its variationsâred, white, spiced, and even alcohol-free. With guidance from a local flavor-maker, youâll get the chance to create your own personalized blend using classic Scandinavian spices and garnishes.
Once your mug is filled with your perfect concoction, settle into a candlelit workspace stocked with vintage magazines, colorful papers, fabrics, and other tactile treasures. A collage artist will guide the group through a meditative cut-and-paste flow where youâll create a visual piece rooted in seasonal themes like winter coziness, Copenhagen memories, or dream landscapes.
Whether you come with friends or on your own, this cozy and creative evening will leave you inspired, relaxed, and ready for winter.
The Wise Woman: Falling Upward into Meaning
**WOMENâS CIRCLE ¡ Voice of Sophia**
**The Wise Woman: Falling Upward into Meaning**
The beginning of the year is a time of reflection, inner transition and gentle re-orientation.
In this circle, we meet the archetype of the Wise Woman as an inner capacity to hold perspective, meaning, and inner support during times of change, loss, and uncertainty.
Together, we explore maturity as integration â a life phase in which what seems to fall apart can become a doorway into depth, wisdom, and a more honest way of living.
The circle is inspired by the work of Richard Rohr, Pema ChĂśdrĂśn, and Thomas Moore, and draws on embodied practices, reflection, and symbolic language to support feeling of wholness and inner grounding.
**What this circle is about:**
⢠moving from external achievement toward inner meaning
⢠meeting crisis and uncertainty without fixing or bypassing
⢠integrating both light and shadow aspects of lived experience
⢠cultivating care for the soul in everyday life
⢠allowing wisdom to emerge through what has been lived
We reflect on personal experience through myths and folk stories â such as Vasilisa the Wise and Hecate â using them as symbolic maps for transition, maturity, and deep feminine knowing.
**Circle program (4 hours)**
14:00â14:20 â Arrival & Opening
Warm arrival, grounding, and brief introductions.
We open with a reflection on maturity as
an unfolding process of wisdom and inner support.
14:20â14:35 â Grounding Meditation
A guided meditation: meeting uncertainty and inner disorientation
while sensing a deeper inner ground beneath it.
14:35â14:55 â Intention Sharing
An gentle inquiry into the question:
âWhat am I ready to integrate in my life right now?â
14:55â15:35 â Guided Reflection & Holding Context
A guided exploration of themes that support the process:
⢠the Wise Woman as a companion through life transitions
⢠the concept of the two halves of life
⢠staying present when things fall apart
⢠caring for the soul through meaning and depth
15:35â17:35 â Practice Session (with breaks)
A sequence of embodied and reflective practices, including:
⢠gentle movement â from instability toward feeling more grounded
⢠journaling practice:
âWhat in my life is asking for care and attention right now?â
⢠small-group reflection on lived experiences of crisis and change
⢠an EFT-based practice focused on acceptance, integration, and feeling more grounded
Tea breaks and quiet pauses are woven into the flow.
17:35â18:00 â Closing & Integration
A closing round to name one insight or piece of wisdom to carry forward.
A short integration meditation and a gentle closing of the circle.

Shut Up & Write!⢠Copenhagen
Join us for an hour of writing! Weâve discovered that itâs strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if itâs true for you at our Copenhagen Shut Up & Write! sessions.
Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, rĂŠsumĂŠ, melody, poem, or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
SCHEDULE:
- 15 minutes of hellos and getting settled; maybe some quick intros.
- Then, the timer starts! : writing for 1 hour.
- After the hour is up... chat / take off / keep writing, if you're on a roll.
OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens once the hour of writing is complete. Writing can be very solitary... connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing.
It's best to be on time, but BEING LATE IS ALSO OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check in with us after the session. (Weâll be the ones with the small Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.
What Should I Bring?
Whatever you need to be able to write!
Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block the cafeâs overhead music or the occasional conversation by other patrons.

Memento
A Must See movie by Christopher Nolan!
How can you reconstruct the past if you can't remember it? Leonard Shelby, an amnesiac, must do precisely that but so do we as viewers because much of the movie is told backwards. Nolan uses every cinematic trick in the book to help us see things as Shelby sees it. Widely acclaimed, we hope you will too!
