While the organizers usually bring a number of titles, it's fairly common for attendees to bring a game or two of their own to these events. You may want to keep in mind factors like game duration and table space required, set up time and repacking time. Because the player count is usually not known precisely until everyone shows up, having extra games around with varying player counts helps when deciding what to play.
