Comment éviter les rituels déconnectés de la valeur ?

Lors de cette soirĂ©e, nos deux intervenants partageront leurs retours dâexpĂ©rience sur lâarticulation entre Lean et Agile et sur la mise en place concrĂšte du Lean dans des Ă©quipes engineering.

\- Nous échangerons pendant 1h sur le livre de la séance et 1h sur nos lectures du moment\.

**Pourquoi ce livre ?**
Ălu par nos membres, ce livre est une bonne porte d'entrĂ©e dans l'univers de Terry Pratchett et un conte ironique contre les prĂ©jugĂ©s sexistes.
Il raconte l'histoire d'Eskarina, petite fille dĂ©positaire par erreur des pouvoirs d'un mage, et bien dĂ©terminĂ©e Ă se faire une place dans le mĂ©tier. Ăcrit en 1987, il s'agit du 3Ăšme tome du disque monde, quand l'auteur se faisait encore les dents sur son univers.
On recommande Ă©galement dans le mĂȘme univers :

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
