**Sesión de Masaje Emocional** Te propongo un espacio de cuidado y escucha a través del cuerpo. No es fácil de explicar con palabras, en qué consiste porque cada persona y cada sesión es distinta. **Son sesiones muy profundas**. A mi me cambian la vida. No se trata de un masaje terapéutico al uso, sino de un espacio de pausa, escucha y cuidado a través del cuerpo. A través del contacto, se van liberando tensiones profundas y, poco a poco, el cuerpo encuentra su propia forma de soltar y expresarse. Es un trabajo psicosomático que invita a reconectar contigo, a **suavizar esas “corazas”** que en algún momento fueron necesarias… pero que quizá hoy ya no lo son tanto. Aunque lo llamo “masaje”, muchas personas sienten que es más bien un **viaje hacia dentro**. A pesar de ser un masaje corporal (sin duda), lo que más se acaba masajeando y mimando son tus emociones. Durante la sesión estoy completamente presente para ti: es un espacio pensado para parar, sentir y cuidarte. La duración es de unas 2 horas aprox. (desde que entras hasta que sales de la sala). Se trabaja principalmente con las manos y, en algunos momentos, con sonido para acompañar la relajación. Pero a veces lo que realmente necesitamos es algo más simple y más raro: **un espacio para hablar y escuchar de verdad.** Este encuentro es un círculo de conversación donde exploramos preguntas que invitan a reflexionar y compartir experiencias personales en un ambiente respetuoso, curioso y relajado. No es un debate ni una terapia formal. Es un espacio humano para conectar con otras personas a través de **conversaciones auténticas**. Durante el encuentro utilizaremos algunas preguntas cuidadosamente elegidas que invitan a ir un poco más allá de las conversaciones habituales. Cada persona decide libremente cuánto quiere compartir. Curso de Filosofía de la ecología humana Las raíces de la transformación humana ¿Qué entendemos por Revolución ? ¿ De que tipo de transformación radical se trata? ¿Qué posibilidades tenemos los seres humanos de transformarnos de forma autónoma y en qué sentido podemos hacerlo de forma radical a nivel político? Esta clase de filosofía de la ecología humana pretende responder a estas y otras preguntas, planteando a los participantes nuevas e importantes cuestiones sobre nuestras posibilidades reales e impensadas de autotransformación. Será un recorrido crítico y problemático por algunas de las teorías, ideas y filosofías contemporáneas más relevantes que han puesto de relieve la importancia de la transformación radical, en una época de grandes cambios científicos, políticos y sociales. Acompañados por el filósofo Emanuele Profumi, el curso se desarrollará siguiendo una evolución argumentativa precisa, permitiendo a quienes tienen una formación filosófica enriquecer su bagaje de conocimientos y cuestiones que profundizar, y a quienes no tienen formación filosófica orientarse y pensar gracias a la filosofía, descubriendo sorprendentes formas de pensar nuestra condición humana y nuestras posibilidades como seres humanos.
