Hallo, Willkommen zur Handarbeits- und Gesprächsgruppe! Wir treffen uns von 14 bis 16 Uhr in der Psychosozialen Initiative Moabit. Bei Kaffee/Tee und Kuchen sitzen wir in entspannter Runde zusammen und arbeiten an Strick-/Häkel- oder anderen Handarbeitsprojekten oder ähnlichem und kommen so auch gerne ins Gespräch. Alle sind herzlich willkommen (auch ohne Strickerfahrung!!). Wir haben vor Ort auch ein paar Stricksachen und Wolle, die alle mitbenutzen können :) Hello, Welcome to the crochet/knitting group at Psychosoziale Initiative Moabit! We meet up every Wednesday from 2 to 4pm and all work on our creative projects. Throughout the crafting you have the space to talk and expand your community in Berlin. Everyone is welcome (even if you've never done crocheting/knitting before!!). We also have some knitting needles and yarn for you to use :)

Probieren Sie mit uns die japanische Kalligrafie aus! Alles Notwendige steht bereit, kommen Sie einfach und genießen Sie. Die Tradition der Kalligrafie wurde erstmals im 6. Jahrhundert von China nach Japan gebracht. Der Stil und die Technik, die in Japan einzigartig sind, haben sich später herausgebildet und wurden von den Samurai, dem Adel und der breiten Öffentlichkeit praktiziert. Wir üben verschiedene Arten von Kanji und versuchen, sie in künstliche Werke umzusetzen, die Sie natürlich auch mit nach Hause nehmen können. Ich hoffe, Sie haben Spaß und entdecken neue japanische Kunst! Try out Japanese calligraphy with us! Everything you need is ready, just come and enjoy. The tradition of calligraphy was first brought to Japan from China in the 6th century. The style and technique, unique to Japan, later evolved and was practiced by the samurai, the nobility and the general public. We will practice different types of kanji and try to transform them into artistic works, which you can of course take home with you. **Workshop Achtsamkeit und Journaling für junge Erwachsene (18-35 Jahre)** \*Workshop in English on March 18th\* In diesem Workshop machen wir zusammen verschiedene Journaling und Achtsamkeitsübungen. Journalen beschreibt das schriftliche Festhalten von Gedanken, Gefühlen und Ideen zur Selbstreflexion und Stressbewältigung. Journalen kann auch ein nützliches tool sein, um eigene Ziele und Fortschritte im Auge zu behalten. Innerhalb des Workshops werden Impulse und kleine Übungen angeboten, die dann individuell frei auf dem Papier umgesetzt werden, sei es in Schriftform oder durch kleine Illustrationen. Dabei geht es nicht um ein künstlerisches Endprodukt, sondern um die eigene Auseinandersetzung mit aktuellen Gedanken, Wünschen und Zielen. Der Workshop ist offen für alle, die gerne etwas Neues ausprobieren wollen oder ihre journaling practice vertiefen wollen. Wer möchte, kann gerne sein eigenes Journal mitbringen, wir haben natürlich aber ausreichend Papier und Stifte da. Es ist keinerlei Vorerfahrung nötig und der Workshop ist kostenlos! Welcome to Terrible Football Berlin!
Do you want to play football but don't want to pay? Are you a bit unfit, a bit old, or a bit Terrible? Want to have a relaxed kick about and a couple of beers after? Then Terrible Football is for you!
Anyone can play: any ability, any age, and any gender. Terrible Football is about miss kicked clearances, sweet half volleys and desperate diving saves. We play in the rain, sun or snow. It's completely free, and always will be. It's open, inclusive and Terrible.
We usually play on Astro (artificial grass) and sometimes on grass, depending on numbers. Bibs, balls, and cones are taken care of! Just bring sporty clothes and a pair of rubber studded football shoes you'll be good to go! You don't need shin pads and we don't allow hard plastic or metal studs.

 How the games will work:
 1\. We will have up to 18 players\.
 2\. Please RSVP on Meetup if you want to participate\.
 3\. If you sign up\, please try your best to attend the event to avoid disturbing the format\. If you cannot attend the session\, deregister asap \(Please check below how the waiting list will work\)\. LATEST CANCELLATION is 3 HOURS before the start of the event\.
 4\. Regular no\-shows could be banned from future TF Meetups\.
 5\. We will NOT allow unregistered participants\.
 6\. The organizer group will ban repeat rule breakers\, so play nice\.

Hi everyone. We'll meet and play a relaxed game of ultimate in Volkspark Rehberge if the weather cooperates. Our games focus on having great team play, where the teams work together to advance the disk down the field. It's more important to work well together as a team than have a few star players get a point with lucky shots. For this reason, players of all skill levels (especially those who have never played) are welcome to join Bring plenty of water, shoes you can run in and comfortable clothing that can get a bit dirty. Although we're an established group, newcomers are always welcome. After the game we try to spend some time together and have fun. Welcome! This football session is for individuals who like playing on moderate to high intensity (run a lot and change position to give player with the ball option to pass). Usually play on a pretty competitive level. Our football skills are average to good. To keep things fair and enjoyable for all, we follow a few simple rules: * **Show up at 07:45** so that you can get checked by the organiser * If you are not checked by the organiser then \*\*1 match penalty applies\*\*(being moved to waitlist) * **No studs** * If you show up with studs, then you wont be allowed to play * No dangerous tackling * If you get tackled, you need to call the foul * In case of handball only people close (1-2m) can call handball * Since we play 12v12, we have offsides (0-1m difference is still tolerated) * No penalties for handball in penalty box(no way of proving handball and please be fair) * In case of handball, the other teams goalkeeper gets the ball
