Badminton matchplay session for players of advanced only.

Have fun meeting new people and playing badminton at this excellent venue with 3 well spaced courts with excellent flooring and lighting. We use quality feather shuttles and pride ourselves on not being stingy. Everyone is encouraged to get involved in challenging games. Games are arranged by our excellent host Luke. Do bring any issues to his attention. We welcome all players and expect players to be respectful to each other and our hosts.

**Monday Evening Chanting Circle \| 6:30–8:00pm** Start the week by unwinding your body and mind through voice and sound. This weekly chanting class is a relaxed, welcoming space to come together after work and reset through simple, shared vocal practice. We use a mix of: * Sanskrit mantras * Rainbow songs * Shamanic chants * Gentle voicework Chanting is a form of meditation that works through rhythm, breath, and repetition. You don’t need any musical experience and you don’t need to sing “well.” The voice is used as a natural tool for grounding and release, not performance. **Join Flow Room for a life drawing session, created to bring artists and creatives together in a relaxed, supportive environment.** This session is open to all level, whether you are an experienced artist or a complete beginner, you'll fin a calm space to draw, connect, and unwind **£5 – pay on the door (cash or card)** We will have a **clothed** model with soft jazz, lo-fi playing in the background to set a calm and focused mood. Meeting Room 3B, Main Library Join us for a welcoming evening of reflection, gentle music, and meaningful conversation. We’ll begin with a short grounding moment, followed by a brief reading from spiritual or philosophical traditions, and an open reflection circle where participants can share (or simply listen).
