Join us for the public Buddhist lecture by two travelling teachers Denes and Sarah followed by a traditional Tibetan guided meditation. Topic of the lecture: Four noble truths. Suggested donation is 20 Singapore dollars. Denes is Hungarian, he had a rough time before Buddhism and has a daughter from a previous marriage. In 1997, he met Lama Ole, and in 2005 he started to teach. He is working in property development. Sarah is Australian. She worked as an English teacher and has a son from a previous marriage. She met Lama Ole in 1996 and started to teach in 2013. They met in 2011 and have been living in both Australia and Hungary since.

And that, offering presence is said to be healing . The function of the instrument Gong and Singing Bowls are commonly used in sacred places to induce quietude and silence – the cosmic background Sound and space where life thrives best. This is a simple and gentle method to evoke stillness. And as a consequence, the act of doing is refined to be meditative and focused.

Aspiring fencers will undergo a specialized introduction program, with all necessary equipment provided.
