We work through movement and embodiment practices, direct experiential exercises, energy-based work (at times inspired by qigong), and relational sacred intimacy practices. There will be guided exploration, individual reflection, partner exercises, and structured group integration. The space is held with clarity and loving care. Join us for 2.5 mile hike at the Whitehall Community Park leaving from the Whitehall YMCA. We will do two 1.25 loops around the park all on a paved path, including one significant hill.

We'll start with social time over dinner/appetizers/drinks from 7:30-8:45pm. Then we'll get down with a great live hip-hop/R&B band, Lt. Dans New Legs ([LDNL](http://ldnl.net)). They offer really good seafood dishes and typical bar food, too.
