Together, we will spend about an hour exploring a few basic mindfulness and nervous system regulation practices, including: • Gentle grounding and awareness exercises • Conscious breathing and slower exhalation • Walking meditation in the park • Simple body awareness and presence practices • Space to slow down and reconnect with yourself Depending on the weather, the session may include a combination of sitting meditation and walking meditation, or mostly walking meditation. The intention is not to achieve anything. It is simply an opportunity to pause, breathe, and experience being fully present in your own body.
