In January 2025, WomenX introduced PadX-HPV, the first non-invasive product in Hong Kong to detect HPV types linked to cervical cancer directly from menstrual blood through a sanitary pad. This year, she will install 100 vending machines for sanitary pads throughout Hong Kong, placing them in schools, shopping malls, and NGOs. On one hand, this initiative fosters a more gender-friendly environment; on the other, the machines will also provide educational materials on menstrual health, menstrual shame, and first menstruation management. More importantly, the sanitary pad vending machine project will create thousands of job opportunities for low-income and single mothers, allowing them to regain economic participation without sacrificing caregiving responsibilities.
