Everything in the universe is created through letters, numbers, and sound; which then creates shapes and patterns. The world around us is a blueprint of how the universe grows and communicates. From the growth of plants, the proportions of our body, to artwork, and the sounds of music, it is everywhere. We call the study and understanding of this language Sacred Geometry. Sacred Geometry looks at these patterns and proportions as an expression of the Divine. In studying these geometric patterns and vibrational energies, one comes to more of an understanding of the language of the universe, and how to work with these shapes and patterns to support them in life. Most people would agree that a great night's sleep is one of the sweetest experiences in life.
