Mes cérémonies consistent dans un espace rituel guidé par des mots et des sons inspirés, pour tracer ensemble un voyage intérieur, mieux nous connaître, découvrir qui nous sommes vraiment et choisir qui nous voulons être. **MAMA CACAO :** Originaire des forêts tropicales amazoniennes, le cacao était vénéré comme une divinité dans la cosmologie des Olmèques, des Mayas, des Toltèques, des Aztèques et des Incas. Chez les Mayas, le cacao était associé à l'une des divinités majeures de leur cosmologie et utilisé à des fins rituelles et sacrées. Le cacao nous soutient dans la reconnexion à notre propre féminin, à notre capacité à nous accueillir nous-mêmes, de manière plus inconditionnelle, profonde et sincère ; et ainsi, à pouvoir étendre cette permission et cet accueil aux autres, aux expériences. Quels sont les bénéfices potentiels du Cacao Sacré? L'expérience d'une capacité d'amour plus vaste et inclusive en agissant de manière subtile sur l'ouverture du chakra du cœur. Favoriser l'ouverture et la réceptivité Élargir notre perception de ce qui est et de ce qui peut être. Aider à développer la présence. Nous soutenir dans la reconnexion à l'essence vaste de notre être et de sa sagesse. Accompagner la mise en lumière du lien entre l'extérieur et l'intérieur. Reconnecter avec nos ressentis, nos émotions, nos désirs, et apprendre à identifier leur guidance. **LE CACAO CEREMONIEL ET CHOCOLAT :** Il y a une grande différence entre le chocolat commercial, souvent issu de variétés hybrides, cultivé et produit selon des pratiques éthiques parfois douteuses, et le cacao cérémoniel. Le chocolat commercial, y compris le bio cru, est hautement transformé, ce qui le prive de nombreux nutriments précieux pour le corps, l\\'esprit, le cœur et l\\'âme. Notamment, la PEA (phényléthylamine), connue comme la \\'molécule de l'amour' – une amphétamine naturellement produite par notre corps lorsque nous sommes amoureux – est présente dans le cacao cérémoniel, mais est éliminée par les hautes températures du processus de torréfaction du cacao commercial. **LE LOTUS BLEU :** Le Lotus bleu, dans les traditions initiatiques, est considéré comme une plante sacrée aux propriétés spirituelles profondes. Symbole de renaissance et de pureté en Égypte ancienne, il est lié à la déesse Isis. Ses propriétés initiatiques : Le lotus bleu favorise l'ouverture des chakras, en particulier celui du cœur et de la couronne, facilitant la connexion au divin et à la sagesse intérieure. Il aide à élever la conscience au-delà des limites du mental, permettant une compréhension plus intuitive de la vie. Il favorise la clarté mentale et permet un accès plus fluide aux mondes subtils, ce qui en fait un allié précieux pour la méditation et la connexion à des réalités transcendantes. Dans les traditions initiatiques, il est un symbole de transformation personnelle. Nous nous retrouvons en petit comité (6 participants) pour **2 heures d’expérience transformative** autour du *Rebirthing Breathwork*. Nous commençons par une **introduction à la pratique** et une **ouverture d’espace**, suivies de **mouvements doux** et d’une **méditation pour 'atterrir' dans le corps**. Puis vient le **voyage principal de respiration consciente et connectée**, une technique puissante qui aide à **libérer les émotions, calmer le mental et se reconnecter à soi**. La séance se termine par un moment d’**ancrage et de partage** ensemble autour d’un thé et d’un encas léger. Le **Rebirthing Breathwork** est une pratique de respiration consciente et connectée , une technique simple mais profondément transformatrice. Elle consiste à respirer de manière **continue, sans pause entre l’inspiration et l’expiration**, pour permettre à l’énergie vitale de circuler librement dans tout le corps.
