Join us for an evening of **sound, vibration, and guided meditation** exploring the experience of **Light Language**. Unlike traditional languages with defined alphabets and meanings, Light Language is expressed through **tone, rhythm, and vibration** rather than words. Many people experience it as a form of energetic communication that can encourage relaxation, emotional release, and a deeper sense of inner connection. Throughout the evening, the sounds and frequencies are intended to support the body’s natural ability to **relax, reset, and restore balance**. Each person experiences this in their own way, often as a calming or meditative state that helps quiet the mind and bring greater clarity. Join the RunDMV crew every Thursday night at **6:30pm** outside **Caboose Brewing Co.** in Vienna (520 Mill St. NE). We hit the W&OD Trail right behind the brewery for a **40-minute out-and-back run/walk**—go at your own pace, and when you hit 20 minutes, just turn around so we all finish together. No matter if you’re walking, jogging, or pushing the pace, you’ll have company out there. Each week we switch directions (east one week, west the next) to keep things fresh. After the run, we stick around for food and drinks at Caboose—because half the fun of run club is hanging out afterward. 🍻

Time for a Reiki circle! A Reiki Circle this is a gathering of Reiki practitioners who work in a group to provide Reiki treatments on each other. The main purpose of the Reiki share is to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, encouragement, and positive energy. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! Siobhan Wolf Shaffer is an ordained spiritualist minister and certified medium and healer with over 20 years experience.
