My name is Maroof 👋 and I’ve been practicing calisthenics for the last 6 years. I love this sport because I’m fascinated by the incredible movements the human body can achieve and I believe calisthenics connects people, builds communities and is one of the most sociable forms of fitness out there. In this class, we’ll cover the fundamentals like push-ups, squats and core exercises and also dive into the basics of more advanced movements such as the planche, front lever, back lever and freestyle calisthenics, all in a fun, supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace. We also play a quick team game at the end when there are a lot of participants. Talk details: **Can users train their own audio system?** \- Peggy Sylopp In this talk, we present Sinceare’s closed-loop personalization approach for hearables. Instead of relying on predefined fitting rules or static presets, users teach the system how it should sound through interaction and feedback. These preferences are transformed into personalized machine-learning models that learn how to control existing audio processing algorithms according to individual preferences. Rather than replacing audio DSP algorithms, the generated models act as an adaptive control layer that continuously adjusts algorithm parameters based on user-specific listening preferences. Based on more than eight years of research and a recent study conducted with Fraunhofer IDMT and Charité, we will share insights into user-driven audio model generation, human-in-the-loop machine learning, and the path from research prototype to future embedded hearable deployment. **Spotykach, a looping playground** \- Vlad Litvinenko Vlad is a Berlin based software developer doing e-commerce by day, bleeping machines at night and sometimes music in between. The talk is about device they’ve recently built. It’s “Spotykach”, a looping playground, as they call it. It started from an attempt to do a simple Beat-Repeat kind of plugin, but then evolved into a community project within Synthux Academy with people from different backgrounds and countries.

We are coming to Domäne Dahlem, an organic farm based in a manor house in the heart of Berlin Steglitz-Zehlendorf. It includes a blacksmith's workshop and an agricultural history museum, along with many animals and harvest spots. They also serve a breakfast buffet on weekends and holidays, with 100% organic and farm-to-table food. And... we have a table booked for a limited amount of people at the Landgasthaus 🙌 The plan is to enjoy a top-tier breakfast from 10:30 am, catch up on some reading, and then move along the Domäne, checking the animals, the crops, and the local exhibitions. Itinerary: 10:30-11 am: We arrive at the Landgasthaus and order from the breakfast buffet. Note that the buffet costs EUR 25 per person, serving all-you-can eat farm-to-table food. Drinks are not included in this price. If you come, make sure to be on time as to avoid missing the buffet window 🙂 11 am - 12 pm: We sit and read for one hour while enjoying our hearty breakfast. 12:00-12:30 pm: We share our reading impressions. 12:30 - \~15 pm: Optional: We walk around the farm, check out the crops and the animals and/or visit the local museum.
